Leonard Benning
Growing up in a family business (landscape gardening) Leonard studied Management at WHU in Koblenz. His career path took him from Management Consulting at McKinsey & Company and after a PhD on M&A in Digital Business Models to co-founding Selina Finance Limited, a FinTech lender where he spearheaded growth to over 100 employees and secured hundreds of millions in credit volume.
Benedict Wollschlaeger
Benedict Wollschlaeger's roots are in a family-owned injection moulding business. After Management studies at WHU in Koblenz and HSG St. Gallen, his professional journey encompassed Management Consulting at Bain & Company, focusing on Private Equity, before venturing into private equity himself at Helvetica Capital and Egeria.
